From the whole community on Camley Street, working alongside our expert consultants over the last six years, a plan has emerged for a truly world leading sustainable development.

Our submitted plan includes how we will keep the 500 people, predominantly employed in the food sector, working on Camley Street and build up to 1,000 genuinely affordable homes.

This is the submission version of the Neighborhood plan. It is the result of six years work by the Camley Street Neighborhood Forum with our panning consultants Tibbalds and was recently a finalist .for the best Neighborhood plan in the country.

Karakusevic Carson Architects, National Social Housing Architects of the Year and TFL/GLA Panel Architects started work on the Camley St scheme in 2014.

This very detailed financial viability assessment was carried out by AECOM. It demonstrates that the Camley St Plan to build up to 1,000 genuinely affordable homes, retain the current 500 jobs and deliver many more is financially viable.
